What a "very" production the cast was absolutely incredible. The audience apart from Steve really enjoyed it , you felt like you were in 1989 in Sherwood Ohio, seeing someone on stage representing yourself on stage from the egotistical jocks to the girl just trying to survive high school any way she can.
This is the best show I have seen in theatre and being a fan of the film being able to see JD have a personality rather than a serial killer was a part of the music I love seeing how much they have developed the characters from the 1989 film making them more human. Each actor added their own take on the characters. Ram(Rory Phelan) and Kurt(Liam Doyle) really took Ram and Kurt's "relationship" their own way.
The songs all had the energy and emotions they needed to help the audition follow and feel along with the story sometimes you just need to be "Seventeen".
